With over 27 years of experience driving growth for global technology and services companies, Mark is a seasoned executive recognized for building multi-million dollar enterprises across the Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States.

He has held senior leadership roles including Managing Director at Siebel Systems and Onyx Software Australia and New Zealand, General Manager of Oracle ERP/CRM Applications, and SVP Global Sales and Marketing at eMeter Corporation in San Francisco. During his tenure at FICO Adeptra, he exceeded annual sales targets by 30% over four consecutive years, securing major clients such as Telstra, Citigroup, Standard Chartered Bank, and the NSW Government.

His expertise spans CRM, customer lifecycle management, smart meter data management, and workflow solutions, underpinned by extensive experience in international sales, strategic alliances, and large-scale business transformation.

A qualified accountant with a Bachelor of Business from Stuart University, he also holds an MBA in Finance and Law (Honors in International Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney. Throughout his career, he has been invited to share his insights at forums such as the Harvard Business Club and has been recognized as Scottish Sales and Marketing Director of the Year.

Benjamin specialises in all areas of tax law, including property development, high-net-worth individuals, family trusts, GST, corporate taxation, international tax, and inbound migrants. His approach is detailoriented and practical, guiding clients through the complexities of taxation while ensuring compliance and strategic tax planning. His deep expertise and methodical problem-solving enable clients to navigate tax regulations with confidence while identifying opportunities for tax efficiency.

Invaluable experience at Big 4 firms and a major German multinational, working on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

His academic achievements include a Master of Law and a Doctor of Philosophy from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where his PhD (awarded with distinction) focused on the taxation of enterprises under domestic and international tax law.

Before becoming an independent economist, he headed up the regional arm of one of New Zealand’s most respected consultancies, Infometrics.

Jason Drewett

Senior ICT Solutions Leader

Jason Drewett is a seasoned technology executive with a strong track record in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering complex ICT solutions. At British Telecom, he successfully grew Converged Technology revenues by over 20% year on year and played a key role in developing a partner ecosystem that included industry leaders such as Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya, VMware, VCE, EMC, HP, F5, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, and Juniper. Under his leadership, British Telecom was awarded Cisco Gold Partner of the Year in 2011, alongside five additional industry accolades. He was instrumental in designing and implementing BT Ireland’s cloud strategy, delivering both public and private IaaS/SaaS solutions, and launching the BT Compute On Demand service. Jason also collaborated closely with BT’s global conferencing team to develop and deliver the company’s video strategy.

In addition to his contributions to product and service development, Jason supported Managed Services and Major Deals teams, often working virtually to provide strategic input. He created a new end-to-end sales function focused on the Corporate Mid-Market segment, aligning ICT capabilities with customer needs. Jason also restructured two sales teams—Datacentre and Converged Technologies—into a unified ICT Solutions business. He continues to maintain strategic relationships with EMC, Cisco, and VMware, driving the VCE strategy within British Telecom.

Known for his ability to bring structure, governance, and discipline to sales functions, Jason has introduced processes such as deal sheets and Account Development Plans to enhance team performance and interdepartmental collaboration. He works closely with stakeholders across Legal, Regulatory, Finance, HR, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Solutions, ensuring a well-integrated approach to strategy and execution. With a global perspective and experience managing international accounts, Jason is a skilled dealmaker and commercial strategist. He remains deeply client-focused, committed to building strong pipelines, crafting meaningful business cases, closing complex deals, and delivering excellent customer service.

Ross Beal

PEOPLE'S ADVOCATE

Ross Beal is an experienced governance professional with a strong track record in both industry leadership and charitable work.

His current Governance roles include as Chair of a Construction Company based in Cromwell and as a Director of an Electrical Contracting Company operating out of Invercargill and Christchurch.

Chair of the Master Electricians NZ Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee (ECANZ). New Zealand’s premier industry association representing over 1,100 leading electrical contracting businesses nationwide. He served as Board Chair of Master Electricians from 2013 to 2020, contributing to the development andoversight of industry standards and member services.

Passionate about community impact, Ross along with his wife are supporting the education of a number of children in Uganda.

Between 2014 and 2024, he has travelled to Uganda seven times to work hands-on with local teams supporting these initiatives.
